We enjoyed our stay at this suite, especially with the fun day out at the nearby Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park Resort. The spacious kitchen area was helpful for preparing snacks for our autistic son, and having a pet-friendly hotel made it easier with his support dog.

In my wife’s opinion, they could improve the service quality for families with special needs kids.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed a fun day at the Polynesian-themed Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park Resort and took part in various water sports at Presque Isle State Park. The location is super convenient, and we loved the spacious rooms and great staff. Heads up, breakfast can get busy at times.

Our stay was almost perfect, but there were no towels at the pool, which was a bit disappointing after swimming.

However, the breakfast lacked variety, missing protein options, and essential supplies like tissue paper and paper towels were absent. Additionally, I was disappointed to find no hot tub available during my stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, the indoor pool, and the 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find great takeout nearby, which I still remember. A tip, enjoy breakfast early to avoid crowds!
